I hate prisons

They tear families apart. They are inherently inorganic. They are evil. There is no evil. If there is evil, we create it. As Pascal says, if we try to make angels, we make devils. That's what we do We create devils. A devil can be nice. It can give you a bit of wine and make you feel a little woozy. But you can have a laugh.

Last day of the TREK. Tomorrow I got to New York.

Do you mean prison prisons? Like a supermax? Like a lock him up and throw away the key type place? Or do you mean "artificial restriction," whether from internal hinderance or external pressure? Because, frankly, I could use more freedom in my own head space, but there are certainly good arguments for taking certain people out of the general populace for a spell, or longer....

yes. i mean prisons. i didn't say i had a better alternative. but i'm trying to focus my anger on things that deserve to have anger directed at. and the prison system, i feel, warrants anger I feel greater than something like, for example, the musician Beck. It's a change of focus for me.
