International Pickle Day

As many of you may or may not be aware, pickles are one of the most magical foods on the planet. On our travels I have been fortunate enough to sample a variety of pickles. Most notable are the Korean varieties--of which several I supped this evening in Ulan Bator or what seems to be becoming 'Little Seoul'. I hope that all you A&S readers around the world will join me on September 7th for 'International Pickle Day'. (This includes you mom!) If I were you (and some day I may be) I would go down to my local Indian grocier and pickup a jar of lime pickles and then head down to the H-Mart and check out the kimchi.
