Well, it seems as though he (and his powerful chummies) are pretty good at silencing contrary opinions after all. Oh yah, and at being hypocritical facists too.

Ahhh, the golden days of television when people were not afraid to speak their minds and were not afraid of the big bad Rush.... Think he's high?

That shot of the empty audience at the end is faintly eerie, and somewhat prophetic. When Limbaugh says "I like to communicate with people," he means at people. It's extremely easy to present yourself as a voice of authority when no one is allowed to talk back. It would appear our current administration took some lessons -- but even the best-scripted press conferences, or radio shows, can only fool people for so long.

Yeah, I agree. The dissent didn't go much beyond mindless catcalls, but still Rush couldn't deal with it so he was forced to get rid of EVERYBODY. That's the kind of debate those fuckers want. We have to get know them, ie., we have to listen to their propaganda without a word in edgewise. If only Rush had time to explain how the head of NOW is a potato by boycotting potato. We will never hear Rush's sage wisdom because of some beautifully obnoxious audience members.
